Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help! Please read our return and exchange policy below:

1. Returns

Eligibility: The return is available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for the return.
Non-returnable Items: Products purchased in any special sale i.e Stock clearance sale are not eligible for the return.
Logistic charges: Return and Exchange is allowed only once per order. In the case of return or exchange, reverse pickup and logistic charges of ₹150 will be borne by the customer.

2. Exchanges

Eligibility: The exchange for different size and different product is available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Process: To initiate an exchange, you need to place the request on the website or click here.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund or store credit.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your product within 2 days. It takes 5-7 working days to process the exchange after pick up.

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 days. It takes 5-7 working days to receive the return after pick up.
Refund Method: After return is approved, the refund will be processed in the form of store credit and will be shared over the email as well as whatsapp.
Store credit validity: Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date authorized.
